Safire Business Services · Technology leadership

Technology leadership without a full-time CIO.

Organizations of every size need a technology strategy: choosing systems, evaluating cloud services, keeping up with regulations. We set the strategy, guide the execution and keep it running.

Oklahoma City metro, with project work across Oklahoma and the Dallas area.

What we do

Strategy through support

Virtual CIO and CTO

Technology strategy, budgets and vendor choices from an experienced technology executive, part time.

Mergers, acquisitions and divestitures

Bringing a new location or business onto your systems, or separating one out, with operations, data and brand intact.

Enterprise architecture and design

Rationalize systems that grew over time: remove duplication, right-size licensing, and design to best practices such as TOGAF and ITIL.

Implementation and migration

Put the chosen solution in place and move off the old one.

Support

Keep the technology running so you can focus on the business.

Service integration and management

We manage your technology estate and your vendors, and become the one call you make for any technology issue.

How it runs

Strategy, then execution

  1. 1

    Assess

Start with a $250 assessment and its written report, credited toward the work.

  2. 2

    Strategy

A plan tied to business goals, budget and any regulations you work under.

  3. 3

    Execute

We guide or run the projects that come out of the plan.

  4. 4

    Run

Ongoing support and vendor management, if you want it.
