Just us sharing the tools and processes we use.

We will frequently update this page to continue adding to the list of tools, applications, and processes we use internally at Safire Solutions. Our goal with this page is twofold: 1. to show that we practice what we preach, and 2. hopefully give you some ideas of ways you can do things differently, whether you choose to have us help you with those things or not. Like any good IT strategy, we plan to start with the foundation and expand from there. We are 100% remote so we won't cover physical network per-se. However, if you would like to see the networks we have deployed at a few of our own homes, we have those published at our sister company here

Identity and Authentication

Microsoft Entra is our basic foundation for identity and authentication. All of our business applications are configured for SAML single sign-on to Entra. Entra is configured for multi-factor authentication, and Windows Hello is configured for passwordless authentication. This provides a seamless, efficient, secure authentication method across applications and devices from disparate vendors and across on-premise, hybrid and cloud XaaS services.

Messaging and Collaboration

Much of our experience comes from the Microsoft space. Like Microsoft Entra for Identity and Authentication, Microsoft is where we look for Messaging and Collaboration. We use Microsoft Exchange for email, Teams for calling, meetings, chat and collaboration, SharePoint for document management and collaboration and OneDrive for file storage and synchronization. These Microsoft solutions are integrated into most of our business applications, like our Customer Relationship Management, Workflow Automation, SMS/MMS texting, Social, Marketing, and Analytics tools.

CRM and all backend processes

 
We are going to jump right into the meat of it. Mosf of our backend processes run on HubSpot. All Customer Relationship Management and Sales Management happen in HubSpot. Deal tracking, quoting, bookings, sales, invoicing and payment collection all within HubSpot. ChatBot Virtual agent on our webpage is HubSpot AI and trained within HubSpot.
