We’re proud to announce our most significant engagement in the history of Safire Business Services: a comprehensive technology partnership with a boutique hotel developer set to open a stunning new property in downtown Oklahoma City this October. From the guest room door to the back-office server rack, Safire will design, install, configure, and manage every technology system in the building.
This isn’t just a project — it’s the first chapter of a multi-year, multi-property relationship. The developer is actively acquiring and renovating properties throughout downtown OKC, and Safire will serve as the technology partner of record across all of them.

One Partner, Every System, Zero Finger-Pointing
Most hotels cobble together technology from a dozen unrelated vendors, leaving operations teams to manage a maze of contracts, support lines, and systems that were never designed to work together. Billing disputes, slow response times, and the dreaded “that’s not our problem” runaround are the norm.
Safire’s model is different. By owning the full technology stack — from the firewall that protects the network to the speakers in the lobby ceiling — we become a single point of accountability. One call, one SLA, one team that knows your property from the inside out. When something needs attention at 2 a.m., there’s no ambiguity about who picks up.
This integrated approach also means our systems are designed to work together from day one. Network infrastructure is sized for the surveillance and access control loads. POS terminals are provisioned on an isolated VLAN. VoIP traffic is QoS-prioritized at the firewall level. Audio distribution runs on the same managed network fabric as everything else. These aren’t afterthoughts — they’re engineering decisions that only happen when one team owns everything.

This engagement is the foundation of a multi-year contract covering up to 21 properties across downtown Oklahoma City over the next five years. As the developer continues acquiring and renovating landmark buildings in the heart of OKC, Safire will bring the same integrated technology model to each one — creating a standardized, scalable platform that improves with every deployment.
