Jesse has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-class Microsoft Solutions. Jesse has spent over 2 decades in large IT consulting firms like Accenture as well as the services businesses of AT&T and NTT, designing and deploying contact center and AI solutions. All while helping organizations drive the most from their investment and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements for their specific industry. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Master's in Legal Studies.
